Professional and Educational Development
In partnership with SENAI and the City of Linhares, we support the plastic injection and extrusion operator course, offering professional qualification opportunities to the local community. We believe in the power of education to transform lives and drive the socioeconomic growth of our region.
We continuously invest in training and actions that promote the safety of our employees, such as practical training for the Emergency Response Plan (PAE), held in partnership with SESI. We prioritize a safe and reliable work environment where every employee feels protected and valued.
Eco-conscious Production
Sustainability is a fundamental pillar at Pump America. We adopt innovative practices to minimize the environmental impact of our processes, such as a closed water-cooling system and the reintegration of waste into production. Additionally, since 2023, we have used renewable energy at our facilities, sourced from wind, hydro, solar, and biomass.
